- Work scheduling of all account personnel.
- Establishing work standards.
- Conducting site evaluations/audits.
- Overall inventory/equipment usage.
- Budget control.
- Orientation/training of supervisory.
- Support personnel.
- Safety compliance.
- Customer relations.
Special project work as requested.
- 3-5 years experience in a supervisory capacity in the Janitorial/Custodial/Facilities Management field.
- 4-year degree.
- Knowledge of Google Drive and Google suite programs.
- Excellent people and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated experience in coaching, motivating, developing, and leading a team.
Knowledge of human resource policies and practices, including the development of staffing plans and job descriptions, employee relations, training, safety, benefits administration, and succession planning.
