Crown Wireless Corp, a leading authorized retailer of Cricket Wireless, is currently looking for strong Wireless Sales Representatives who are passionate about mobile technology. We are currently accepting resumes for Wireless Sales Representatives to join our innovative, best in class and growing company.


The Wireless Sales Representative will be responsible for providing an exceptional sales experience by working directly with consumers, promoting mobile devices, tablets, and reporting on our products, promotions and on-site services. If you enjoy interactive technology, working in a busy environment, and can educate consumers on our client's family of products, then we want to speak with you!


Base hourly rate plus sales bonuses. Benefits for full-time positions include medical, dental, vision and 401k options.


Responsibilities:

  • Sell no-contract wireless phones, service plans and accessories.
  • Drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Understand and communicate to customers various wireless products, plans, features, and services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with co-workers and consumers.
  • Participate in outside marketing events.


Requirements:

  • At least one-year retail experience in sales and/or customer service.
  • At least one-year experience handling cash transactions and balancing cash drawers.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and work flexible hours, weekends and during peak retail selling periods. Work at various locations may also be required.
  • Tech-savvy and enjoy working with interactive technology devices.
  • Bilingual; Spanish speaking preferred.
  • Enjoy working in a team environment & engaging with consumers. Must be enthusiastic and have the drive needed to complete sales.
  • Independent and self-motivated team player.
  • Regular physical activity will be required, e.g., setting up promotional material, changing displays, etc.
  • Must be able to pass background.
