Commissioned Sales Representative - Wholesale (Experienced)

This is an in-house position located in Commerce, CA. Remote work options are not available for this role.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commissioned Sales Representative to join our wholesale team. As a key player in our customer-centric environment, you will contribute to a culture that prioritizes customer satisfaction while achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and maintain key relationships with Cannabis brands and facilities by providing customized packaging solutions.

· Contribute to a customer service-oriented culture that prioritizes the customer experience and achieves sales goals.

· Accountability and ownership of all customer orders and requests.

· Follow expectations for performance and observe, recognize, and deliver feedback to drive accountability for customer experience.

· Resolving Customer Service issues that may include return merchandise authorizations (RMAs), issuing credits, and filing claims with various shipping carriers.

· Identify areas of opportunity to improve customer service and make the Sales Team more effective.

· Demonstrate the ability to receive positive customer feedback and also to quickly respond to negative customer experiences, de-escalate situations, and ensure a positive outcome.

· Utilize cold calling/emailing experience to prospect new clients and leverage existing relationships to grow sales.

· Provide business solutions that help our customers increase their bottom line by being knowledgeable on all our products and services, and most importantly providing excellent customer service.

Skills and Qualifications:

· Minimum of 2 years experience in a high energy sales environment.

· Strong ability to follow and provide instructions, answer correspondence, and communicate effectively.

· Proficient in Microsoft Software (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

· Experience with Microsoft Navision and Pipedrive is a plus.

· Familiarity with the Cannabis industry and related terminology.

In this role, you’ll enjoy a high commission rate along with a foundational base pay of $20/hr. For the high-performing Sales Representatives, the sky's the limit. With uncapped bonus opportunities intricately tied to monthly and quarterly sales metrics, top achievers have the potential to reach six-figure earnings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
