We use our nationwide network of proven, credentialed vendors and create customized programs for efficient authorizing and shipping of medical supplies. We also coordinate medical transportation, home health care and in-home modifications. We are located in the heart of downtown Ann Arbor and we have an opening for an Inside Sales Representative.

  • Develop and maintain select Incingo accounts; maximize existing relationships, onboard new adjusters, introduce and implement new products and initiatives
  • Outside sales: Identify new sales and perform account management for Michigan-based payors (TPA’s, insurance companies, self-insureds, NCM’s worker’s compensation physician groups)
  • Inside sales: Follow up on sales leads nationally
  • Marketing: Lead Incingo’s digital presence through LinkedIn and similar platforms and market Incingo through trade shows, conferences and association meetings
  • Participate in process for continuous credentialing and quality monitoring of assigned accounts
  • Internal Support: Assist with orders/referrals, vendor network management and recruiting as needed. Assist with 1099 sales representative initiatives including onboarding and training
  • Demonstrate performance aligned with Incingo guiding principles, including caring, collaboration, trustparency, and innovation
What You’ll Bring
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales
  • Bachelor’s Degree or a high school diploma and equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Must be analytical and solution-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities, superior follow-up skills, and the ability to shift gears frequently throughout the day
  • Strong MS Suite, typing and email skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in the medical industry strongly preferred
