To ensure the health and safety of our team members, including those in the recruitment process, our team members are working from home, and are equipped to do so safely and efficiently.Are you up for the challenge and the fun?  If so, consider the following opportunity! Rogers Sports and Media has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Administrator.  The Sales Administrator will assist the Sales Team and will be located at 273 Main Street East in North Bay.  The successful candidate is required to have experience in a fast paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of professionalism, confidentiality and flexibility.  The candidate must be self-motivated, pro-active, able to work under pressure and have the ability to manage and prioritize several projects at once.  Positive interactions with clients, management and fellow employees is a critical requirement of this role. What you will be doing:Provide support to the sales departmentProvide administrative support and coordinate the following activities for radio and digital salesMonitor advertising materialsFollow up with clients and send media kits to clients and agenciesEnter advertising orders and produce weekly sales reportsProvide invoicing support and send contract confirmationsUpdate advertising/promotional information (media kit, broadcasting, etc.) on the serverMaintain feature updates and client changesUpdate the Outlook client databaseDraft letters, memos, contractsProduce weekly sales minutesPrint station logsWork Reception answering phones, handling courier, giving out prizesPerform other required administrative and clerical tasks What you will bring:Education in communications, marketing or any other field related to the tasks describedExperience in advertising sales, marketing or the digital field, an assetExcellent knowledge of web search toolsExcellent knowledge of the MS Office suite, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, WordFocus on client solutionsMarked interest for the field of advertising salesAbility to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlinesAbility to manage and prioritize several projects at onceIndependent, flexible and able to adapt and take initiativeAttention to detail and client service is a mustGreat communication skills and ability to be creative and think independently   What makes us different makes us stronger.
