Currently, we have an opening for an Inside Sales Specialist whose fundamental role will be achieving a company’s customer acquisition and revenue growth goals. This role is for you if you are comfortable making dozens of calls per day, work with channel partners, generate interest, qualify prospects, and close sales. You will: 1. Explain and demonstrate the features of products and services and collect the required feedback from the customers. Collaborate with teams to deliver stellar results. 1. Collaborate with sales, product, marketing, and customer experience. Requirements 1. High school diploma. 2. Qualify and nurture inbound leads - and be metrics-driven. 3. Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 6. Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask. 7. Excellent phone and cold calling skills. 8. Exceptional customer service skills. 9. Strong listening and sales skills. 10. Ability to achieve targets. 11. Fluency in both written and spoken English.
