When will Uvaro make withdrawals from my account?

Tuition payments are automatically deducted as outlined on your signed enrollment contract. Up-front payments and processed in 4 equal payments:

  • Due upon signing of your enrollment agreement
  • At the end of Week 4
  • At the end of Week 8
  • At the end of Week 12

Subscription payments are charged $250 each month for 24 months.

Can I pay by Credit Card?

Yes, we can process your up-front or subscription payments via credit card. To choose this option please contact us at accounting@uvaro.com.

How will I know when withdrawals are happening?

When you setup your payment details, you’ll be asked to provide an email address for notifications — we will email you at this address before any and all withdrawals.

If you need to make any changes to your payment details at that time, you can reply to accounting@uvaro.com.

When will Uvaro begin taking withdrawals from my account?

Tuition payments are automatically deducted as outlined on your signed enrollment contract. If you enroll with our Income Share Agreement, the first payment is due one month after you begin working a full-time role.

Why is Uvaro asking for my banking information now?

Collecting your banking information at this stage dramatically simplifies our program administration. It also provides us with assurance of our ability to support you throughout the program and post-graduation. We won’t make any withdrawals without your notice and approval, and your information is kept confidential and secure.

Unless instructed otherwise, Recruits who have not completed their profile within 14 days of starting the program will be removed from the program.

What if I need to pause payments?

If your employment situation changes and you cease to be employed, you can request to defer payments. You should consult your agreement for more detail about how to submit a defer payment request.

Can I pay by Credit Card?

Under the Income Share Agreement, payments are only available via direct debit withdrawal from a bank account.

If you prepay for the course, credit card payments are accepted (to limit the impact on your card balance, we normally split them into 4 equal payments).

If you selected the ISA payment option when you first enrolled, but are interested in pursuing the up-front option, you may be able to change payment methods before you graduate or withdraw. Contact help@uvaro.com to explore your options.

I'm not in the USA, can I still use the ISA?

At this time we are only offering our Income Share Agreement (ISA) for customers in the USA. However, we do offer flexible up-front and subscription-based payment options.

I want to pay for my subscription with my Direct Debit card, can I?

You sure can! We offer flexible payment arrangements for your subscription via credit or debit card through GoCardless.

I'm on the subscription payment plan. Can I pay more than $250 per Month?
