Uvaro announced the first five program graduates to receive new Certified Sales Development Representative (CSDR) professional accreditation through the American Association for Inside Sales Professionals (AA-ISP).
The new CSDR designation certifies that professionals have mastered core selling skills including pre-research, goal-setting, prospecting, and qualification. The CSDR designation prepares sales professionals to advance to the next level of their careers, and five Uvaro program graduates are the first professionals to earn the certification through AA-ISP’s more rigorous, multi-stage examination approach.
With this accomplishment, the Uvaro members have obtained global recognition for their training and grants them access not only to the Uvaro community, but to the AA-ISP membership. This accreditation offers them membership into networks of professionals who will be able to continue to support their career growth and development.

This collaboration is the latest move that Uvaro has made in the industry to shift tech sales to be more inclusive and accessible to under-represented communities. Earlier this summer Uvaro announced a scholarship program in partnership with BWOSS and Garage Capital to make the technology sector more accessible to women of color. They also announced the launch of a new Sales Job Board to enhance the career transition ecosystem available to the members.
