We are a dynamic team with the primary objective to proactively reach customers. As an Outbound Customer Solution Specialist, you will support Rogers, Fido and Chatr’s suite of products and services where applicable and provide product/service options that are tailored to the needs of the customer.  At Rogers, we provide world-class service by connecting to our customers, analyzing their needs, and offering customized solutions.
