JOB DESCRIPTION
The company is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business and
manage strategic accounts in our rapidly growing analytics platform business. This role combines hunter and farmer responsibilities, requiring both new business development skills and the ability to grow existing accounts. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping mid-market companies achieve enterprise-grade analytics capabilities without enterprise complexity.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
o Demand Generation & Sales
- Drive complete sales cycle from prospect identification through close
- Build and maintain a 5x pipeline coverage through proactive prospecting and outbound activities
- Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets ($480,000 CAD annually)
- Develop and execute account strategies using MEDDPICC methodology
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations and technical presentations
- Create and negotiate proposals and contracts
o Account Management
- Ensure successful client onboarding during 8-week implementation period
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Identify and execute expansion opportunities within existing accounts
- Achieve 90%+ client retention rate
- Partner with technical teams to ensure client success
o Key Success Metrics
- Achieve $480,000 CAD in annual recurring revenue (1st year)
- Maintain 5x pipeline coverage
- Complete minimum 10 discovery calls weekly
- 75% client retention rate
- Average deal size of $120,000 CAD
- 60-day average sales cycle
REQUIREMENTS
o 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience, preferably in analytics, data platforms, or related technologies
o Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding $500K+ annual quotas
o Experience selling to multiple stakeholders (C-level, VP, Director) in mid-market companies
o Strong understanding of data analytics, business intelligence, or enterprise software landscapes
o Excellent presentation and communication skills
o Demonstrated success in both new business development and account management
o Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
o Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling to marketing agencies, e-commerce companies, or professional services firms
- Knowledge of marketing analytics, e-commerce platforms, or ERP systems
- Experience with consultative, value-based selling approaches
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and SaaS business models
- Track record of selling 6-figure annual contracts

SALARY
- OTE: $240,000 CAD ($120,000 base + $120,000 commission)
