Schedule: Monday – Friday, hours between 8am-5pm
Job Summary:
This unique role combines both account management and inbound sales where you will educate and support our customers as a key function of our business. You will have remediation or general construction knowledge and/or experience so you can identify the problem and articulately recommend complex solutions with finesse to our customers during a potentially high-stress time of need. Follow through scheduling with Inspectors, documentation and report-writing, communication with all parties through completion of service.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming inquiries over email and phone.
- Explain our services, associated costs and schedule the inspection. Most of our customers have never hired an indoor environmental company and therefore this position requires a strong ability to communicate complex concepts to new customers. Examples include relevant laws relating to lead and asbestos.
- Maintain customer database and project management software.
- Analyze customer acquisition data, identify necessary improvements.
- Identify and contact new referral sources.
- Process payments and AR.
- Assist with general admin/accounting duties.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Strong technical orientation in remediation - ability to explain complicated services to prospective customers.
- Excellent computer skills with ability to navigate between systems (eg CRM, scheduling software.)
- Type 50 WPM with accuracy
- Excellent writing skills without spelling or grammatical errors.
Pay: $30.00 per hour, review at 90 days with potential increase up to $35.00 per hour.
