Right at Home is an award-winning Licensed Home Care Services Agency (LHCSA). We are seeking a dynamic, intelligent, motivated, and hard-working person to serve as Business Development Representative.
As Business Development Representative, you’ll be responsible for identifying, creating, and pursuing growth opportunities. Your primary goals are to expand the organization's reach, increase revenue, and enhance its market presence. The specific responsibilities and duties can vary but generally include:
- Relationship Building: Develop new relationships and strengthen existing ones. Meet with key referral sources such as rehab facilities, discharge planners, social workers, hospitals, assisted living centers, physician offices, etc.
- Generate and Qualify Leads: Participate in networking, industry events, and use various marketing and sales tactics to generate and qualify leads.
- Market Research – Conduct research to identify new market trends, potential clients, and emerging opportunities.
- Sales Strategy: Create and implement an effective sales strategy that supports market diversification through the identification of niche referral opportunities.
- Partnerships and Alliances: Identify and pursue strategic partnerships, alliances, and collaborations that can benefit the company.
- Revenue Growth: Set and achieve revenue targets and business development goals.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the Agency Admin team to achieve objectives
Job Location – Manhattan and Queens
Qualifications:
- Sales or Business Development Experience – 3 years (required)
- Home Care Experience – 2 years (preferred)
- Associate degree or higher (preferred)
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills
Salary
- $90,000 base salary plus commission
- Growth opportunity for high performers
