What You'll Do
- Conduct in-home consultations to educate homeowners on the benefits of solar energy and their available options.
- Generate leads through multiple channels, including door-to-door marketing, cold calling, trade shows, and referrals.
- Use our CRM system to manage customer data and track sales progress.
- Close deals and ensure a smooth handoff to our project management team.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.

What We’re Looking For
- Strong work ethic and student mentality with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Proven sales experience (preferably B2C); solar experience is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to educate, engage, and persuade customers.
- Self-motivation and drive to thrive in a performance-based environment and consistently achieve sales goals.
- CRM experience preferred, with comfort using sales tools and tracking systems.
- Leadership skills are an asset, as we are always looking for future team leaders and managers.
