Location: Windsor Office, 2362 Central Ave.

Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5:30 PM

Job Summary
NYN Inc., a leader in creative solutions, is seeking a motivated and talented Graphic / Web Designer to join our dynamic team. This full-time position plays a pivotal role in delivering high-quality design services, from creating engaging web page layouts and logos to producing compelling print materials. The successful candidate will also be responsible for organizing and maintaining our extensive library of creative marketing assets.

The Graphic / Web Designer will work closely with management, account managers, and the NYN team to bring innovative design concepts to life. This role is a key individual contributor within the design team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design user-friendly layouts for web pages
• Develop logos, brand identities, and strategic visual solutions that align with client goals across various industries
• Design assets for creative and digital marketing
• Research current design trends and apply them across various platforms
• Collaborate with management, account managers, and the NYN team to develop and execute design concepts that align with brand strategies and enhance web presence
• Work closely with clients to present design concepts and incorporate feedback
• Creative design

Experience Requirements:

• College diploma or university degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field
• 3+ years of Graphic and Web Design experience

Core Competency Requirements:

• Proficiency in designing website layouts, developing creative branding concepts, and producing print materials
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat, or Figma
• UI/UX design experience
• Understanding of print production processes and best practices
• Ability to work closely with clients to assess their requirements and deliver personalized solutions
• Strong time management skills to ensure deadlines are consistently met

Nice-to-Have Skills (Beneficial but Not Required):

• Familiarity with multimedia design, including video editing and animation
• Photography skills to enhance visual content
