Job Description
Virtual Driver Interactive (VDI) is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to expand our customer base and drive revenue growth. This role is focused on selling simulation-based driver training solutions to schools, fleet operators, and other organizations. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated closer with experience in B2B or education sales, preferably in training technology or software.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities
- Engage with schools, fleet operators, and other target markets through cold calls, emails, and in-person meetings
- Maintain relationships with existing customers to drive repeat sales
- Proactively pursue inbound and outbound leads to maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Manage and track prospects in a CRM system, ensuring accurate reporting and forecasting
- Work closely with leadership to refine messaging, pricing strategies, and market positioning
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in education, technology, or training solutions
- Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor sales pitches to different customer needs
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive sales without daily supervision
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets
- Ability to quickly learn and demonstrate simulation-based training products
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $60,000 - $80,000 (depending on experience)
- Commission: 5-10% on new sales
- Performance-based bonuses
- Remote/hybrid work environment with flexibility
Preferred Experience
- Selling to K-12 schools, training centers, fleet operators, or government agencies
- Experience with educational technology, driver training, or simulation-based learning
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Zoho or HubSpot

Pay: $110,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
