We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Women's Flag Football Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sports, particularly flag football, and possess excellent communication and sales skills. This role involves promoting our flag football products and services, engaging with potential customers, and driving sales growth within the territory.
We are open for this candidate to work remotely and outside of Des Plaines, Illinois.

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for flag football products.
- Identify and generate new leads through networking, events, and outreach initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including schools, leagues, and community organizations.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and events.
- Track sales metrics and provide regular reports on performance and market trends.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and sales tactics.
- Make outbound sales calls, including cold emails, phone calls, and social media outreach, to potential new customers to expand our customer base.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Bachelor degree in business, marketing, or sports management is a plus.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in sports or recreational products.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of flag football and its associated products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and self-motivate in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using MS Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel for sales meetings and events as needed.
SKILLS
- Proficient in sales techniques, including prospecting, closing deals, and upselling.
- In-depth understanding of flag football products, including equipment, apparel, and accessories.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for engaging with customers and presenting product information.
