Our cobot Palletizing solutions enhance productivity, safety, and efficiency for manufacturers worldwide. We are seeking a highly motivated Palletizing Solution Sales Manager to drive sales growth and expand our market presence.
Job Summary:
As the Palletizing Solution Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our cobot-based palletizing cell to industrial clients. You will identify new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and provide technical expertise to ensure successful implementation. This role requires a deep understanding of Palletizing processes, automation, and industrial sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and engage potential customers in the manufacturing and fabrication sectors.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, including engineers, production managers, and purchasing teams.
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and hands-on trials of Palletizing cobots.
- Technical Expertise & Customer Support:
- Understand customer Palletizing requirements and recommend appropriate cobot solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to customize solutions for clients.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales support, including training and troubleshooting.
- Market Research & Strategy:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging Palletizing technologies.
- Provide feedback to the product development team for continuous improvement.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in Palletizing sales, automation, or industrial robotics.
- Strong knowledge of Palletizing processes (MIG, TIG, ARC) and automation technologies.
- Experience in selling technical solutions and consultative sales approach.
- Ability to understand technical drawings and Palletizing applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

Pay: $81,435.88 - $113,987.29 per year
