Your Impact
As a Business Development Manager, you will drive revenue growth, lead a high-performing sales team, and build strategic partnerships in the construction and renovation sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Develop and execute business growth strategies, targeting $16M+ in annual team sales.
- Team Development: Mentor and manage a results-driven sales team, ensuring top-tier performance.
- Client Relations: Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in the general contracting space.
- Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Colorado, Arizona, and Florida.
- Revenue & Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance, ensuring KPIs are met and exceeded.
What We’re Looking For
✅ General Contracting Experience (Required): Must have a proven track record in commercial business development within the GC sector.
✅ Proven Track Record: 5+ years of success in business development for general contracting or renovation.
✅ Leadership & Sales Acumen: Experience managing a sales team with multi-million-dollar revenue targets.
✅ Industry Expertise: Strong understanding of construction/renovation business development and sales cycles.
✅ Strategic & Results-Driven: Ability to develop and execute high-impact sales strategies.
✅ Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel up to 25% across designated markets.
Compensation & Benefits
BD Manager’s Compensation:
- Salary: $110K - $130K
- Commission: 1% on their team sales
- Performance Bonus: Evaluated at 6-month reviews
- OTE: Target earnings of $300K+ based on performance
