Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, driving sales growth, and helping customers find the perfect products to meet their off-road and motorsport needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively prospect and generate new leads through various sales channels (phone, email, in-person, social media, events).
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customers' needs and recommending products that align with their requirements.
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on the features and benefits of Sandcraft Motorsports products.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our product offerings, including vehicles, accessories, and performance parts.
- Manage sales pipeline, track progress, and follow up with leads and potential customers.
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely resolution of any issues or concerns.
- Attend trade shows, events, and other promotional activities as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience (preferably in motorsports, automotive, or a related field).
- Passion for off-road motorsports and an understanding of the industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and some travel for events.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
