Role Overview

We are seeking two exceptional Customer Success Managers to join our fast-growing team at Prezent. Each role aligns with our overarching mission—helping customers realize maximum value from our AI-powered platform—but serves a different market segment:

  • Enterprise Customer Success Manager – US West (100% Remote)
    • Primarily managing Fortune 2000 accounts within the Western region, with periodic travel for high-touch, in-person engagements.
  • Midmarket Customer Success Manager – US-wide (100% Remote)
    • Overseeing a broad portfolio of midmarket clients across the United States, mostly through remote interactions.

Although the core responsibilities intersect, the Enterprise role involves deeper stakeholder alignment and more complex engagements, while the Midmarket role focuses on faster-moving cycles and a broader customer base.

Each Customer Success Manager (CSM) will serve as a strategic partner for their assigned accounts, ensuring customers achieve their desired outcomes while identifying opportunities for expansion. You’ll own the end-to-end customer journey—from onboarding and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to renewals and cross-functional collaboration—setting our customers (and Prezent) up for success.

Key Differences by Role

  • Enterprise CSM (US West)
    • Manages large-scale, often Fortune 2000 accounts.
    • Builds strategic relationships with Director/SVP-level stakeholders.
    • Travels (~2 days/week) for on-site meetings to foster deeper engagement.
  • Midmarket CSM (US-wide)
    • Oversees a diverse set of midmarket clients across multiple industries.
    • Delivers high-touch, predominantly remote engagement.
    • Operates in faster deal cycles with more streamlined onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

1. Onboarding & Adoption

  • Seamless Implementation: Guide new clients through setup and initial training, ensuring rapid time-to-value.
  • Enablement Programs: Develop tailored adoption strategies that integrate Prezent’s capabilities into existing workflows.

2. Account Management & Growth

  • Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs): Lead structured reviews to showcase ROI, track milestones, and co-create future plans with key stakeholders.
  • Collaboration with Client Partners: Work hand-in-hand with Enterprise Client Partners (Sales) to identify and drive expansion opportunities via upsells and cross-sells.
  • Relationship Building: Serve as the trusted advisor to all levels of the organization, from end-users to senior leadership.

3. Customer Retention & Advocacy

  • Proactive Risk Management: Monitor account health to spot potential issues early and mitigate churn risks.
  • Renewal Ownership: Partner with Sales/Client Partners to secure renewals and maintain high retention rates.
  • Champion the Customer: Collect and channel client feedback to Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams, influencing roadmap decisions and improving the user experience.

4. Data-Driven Insights

  • Health Metrics & Reporting: Track usage, engagement, and NPS to drive continuous improvement.
  • ROI Dashboards: Leverage data to demonstrate the tangible value customers get from Prezent’s platform.

5. Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Internal Alignment: Collaborate closely with Sales, RevOps, Marketing, and Client Partners to ensure consistent messaging and a unified approach.
  • Issue Resolution: Act as the point person for troubleshooting, escalating internally when needed to maintain a seamless customer experience.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Relevant Experience: 4–6 years in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, or Consulting within a SaaS/enterprise software setting.
  • Segment Expertise:
    • Enterprise Role: Familiarity with large-scale, complex engagements in Fortune 2000 environments.
    • Midmarket Role: Comfortable managing a high volume of mid-sized accounts with quicker cycles.
  • Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated skill in proactive issue resolution, developing growth plans, and navigating organizational complexity.
  • Communication & Relationship Building: Ability to engage effectively from frontline teams to senior executives.
  • Technical Acumen: Proficiency with Salesforce (preferred), O365, Zoom, G Suite, and other common SaaS tools.
  • Adaptability: Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment—startup experience is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: Starting at $120K+, commensurate with experience and role complexity.
