We are looking for an upbeat and energetic Sales Representative that loves love and wants to work in the Matchmaking / Dating Service Industry.
My Client is a reputable matchmaking company dedicated to helping individuals in Seattle find meaningful and lasting relationships. With a focus on personalized matchmaking services, they are committed to connecting our clients with compatible partners who share their values and goals.
As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients embark on their journey to find love and companionship. You will be responsible for promoting our matchmaking services, conducting client consultations, and guiding individuals through the matchmaking process.
This is an in-office sales position. All potential members will come into the office to meet with you in person. We have a telesales team that will screen and schedule the appointments to meet with you in-person. You will spend time getting to know the potential new members and the goal is to close them in the appointment.
Work schedule will be as follows:
Tuesday - Friday from 11am – 7pm and Saturdays from 9am – 4pm
Key Responsibilities:
Client Consultations:
Meet with potential clients to understand their relationship goals, preferences, and desires. Conduct in-depth interviews to assess their compatibility with our matchmaking services.
Sales Presentations:
Effectively present our matchmaking packages and services to potential clients. Clearly articulate the benefits of our services and address any questions or concerns.
Sales Targets:
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals. Track and report on sales metrics and activities.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in a matchmaking or similar service-oriented industry such as Education Sales, Timeshare Sales, or anything that is a one call close.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Empathetic, compassionate, and able to connect with clients on a personal level.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Benefits:
- Base salary of $700 per week plus 10% commission and bonus structure. First year realistic is $50,000 - $80,000.
