Job Description
The salary range for this position is $80,000.00 -$85,000.00 depending on experience, with a 10% bonus opportunity.

This is how you WOW:
- Identify, create proposals, and implement projects to reduce energy, water, and waste within four production and distribution facilities
- Develop and implement sustainability targets for new product development projects
- Analyze environmental data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Perform sustainability audits of production and distribution facilities to ensure compliance with company sustainability standards
- Support ISO 14001 and 9001 certifications by preparing for and participating in ISO audits
- Ensure compliance of company activities with applicable environmental regulations
- Create sustainability reporting to communicate environmental KPIs and sustainability projects
It would be WOW if you would bring this in:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical, engineering, or related field from an accredited college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2 or more years of sustainability, manufacturing engineering, or mechanical engineering experience.
- Demonstrable proficiency in Google/Microsoft Suite
- Strong communication skills necessary
- ISO 14001 experience preferred
- Project management
- Occasional Travel
