Job Description

The salary range for this position is $80,000.00 -$85,000.00 depending on experience, with a 10% bonus opportunity.


The deadline to submit applications is initially set for Monday March 10th, 2025. However, the application period is subject to potential extensions or closure at any time without prior notice, especially once a sufficient pool of qualified applicants has been obtained.


This is how you WOW:

  • Identify, create proposals, and implement projects to reduce energy, water, and waste within four production and distribution facilities
  • Develop and implement sustainability targets for new product development projects
  • Analyze environmental data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Perform sustainability audits of production and distribution facilities to ensure compliance with company sustainability standards
  • Support ISO 14001 and 9001 certifications by preparing for and participating in ISO audits
  • Ensure compliance of company activities with applicable environmental regulations
  • Create sustainability reporting to communicate environmental KPIs and sustainability projects

It would be WOW if you would bring this in:


  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical, engineering, or related field from an accredited college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2 or more years of sustainability, manufacturing engineering, or mechanical engineering experience.
  • Demonstrable proficiency in Google/Microsoft Suite
  • Strong communication skills necessary
  • ISO 14001 experience preferred
  • Project management
  • Occasional Travel
