Buffalo Biodiesel is in growth mode and currently seeking a Retention Specialist to join our fast-growing team!
Responsibilities
- Receive and return inbound sales inquiries by phone and internet; answer and set up new or expanded services to those inquiries
- Contact existing accounts and determine why oil production has slowed or stopped; reinstate services or clear accounts that are no longer in business
- Receive and return inbound cancellation requests by phone and internet
- Make all reasonable attempts to salvage and retain accounts, and when accounts cannot be saved, facilitate the cancellation
- Perform other duties as requested by management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum two years of customer success/customer retention experience required
- Mastery level written and spoken communication, through use of word-processing programs, creating spreadsheets, writing email, and speaking on the phone
- Reliable, hard working, and motivated
This is an onsite role. Our offices are located at 17 Court Street, Buffalo, NY.
Hours are 7:00 am - 4:00 pm
Salary: $27/hour
