The Opportunity:

We are seeking a customer-centric, motivated individual to join our team as a Live Chat Representative. This entry-level position is available as both remote and office-based roles. As a Live Chat Representative, you will work directly in communication with customers to resolve their inquiries, concerns, and elevate their experience with Aztec Solar Inc. This role will provide the opportunity to develop customer service skills in a dynamic and growing industry.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage with customers via live chat, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Accurately record customer interactions and transactions, detailing inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge to communicate accurate information to customers.
  • Liaise and collaborate with relevant internal departments to handle and resolve customer problems effectively.
  • Assist in implementing chat strategies and initiatives that improve either response time or customer experience.

Desired qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Fundamental computer and keyboarding skills.
  • A customer-oriented mindset with proven problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience in a customer service role, especially live chat support.
  • Knowledge of solar energy industry.
  • Experience with CRM software.
  • Multilingual abilities.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn on the job.

This is a remote position.
