Role Overview

We are looking for an Experienced Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll sell high-value home improvement services, leveraging our comprehensive training, high-quality products, and proven processes. This position is ideal for someone with a track record in high-ticket sales who excels at building relationships, overcoming objections, and achieving goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Performance: Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Customer Engagement: Build rapport with clients, understand their needs, and present customized solutions.
  • Objection Handling: Confidently address concerns and guide customers to close deals effectively.
  • Seasonal Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to sustain high performance, even in off-peak seasons.
  • Product Expertise: Master product knowledge to clearly communicate the value and benefits of our offerings.
  • Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.

What You Bring

  • Proven Experience: Minimum of 2 years in high-ticket sales with a track record of success.
  • Self-Motivation: A driven, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Expertise in addressing objections and finding innovative solutions to close sales.
  • Seasonal Resilience: Strong adaptability to capitalize on seasonal sales opportunities.

  • Customer-Centric Approach: Excellent interpersonal skills to build trust and lasting client relationships.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
