Sales Representative – Commission-Based Opportunity

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team! This is a commission-based opportunity, ideal for a results-driven individual with a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a competitive environment.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients and build long-term relationships.
• Manage existing accounts, ensuring top-tier customer service and retention.
• Use technical knowledge to confidently present and explain our products and services.
• Negotiate contracts, close deals, and maximize revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions using Salesforce or similar CRM software.

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent in Punjabi and English (spoken and written).
• Proven experience in sales, account management, or a customer service role.
• Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Experience in outside sales, technology sales, or related fields is a plus.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.00-$43.86 per hour
