Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our wound care services, building strong relationships with referral sources, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires self motivation and excellent communication skills to effectively convey product benefits and features to potential customers.

Duties

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, addressing any questions or concerns.
• Manage accounts by providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for reaching target markets.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
• Provide feedback on customer preferences and market demands to help shape product development.

Skills

• PRIOR HOME HEALTH SALES EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• WOUND CARE KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
• Experience in sales, particularly in wound care or medical sales, is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in office software applications such as Microsoft Word or Excel for documentation purposes.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
• Ability to manage accounts effectively while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections during the sales process.

PAY: salary per month plus commission

TRAVEL: local travel required

Valid Drivers license and vehicle required

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
