The Opportunity:

We're seeking a proactive and highly organized Administrative Assistant. This is a remote/office-based, entry-level position that provides a great opportunity to build a rewarding career within the renewable energy sector. Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Answer and direct phone calls to pertinent staff members and manage messages.
• Create and distribute internal communication documents.
• Assist with budget preparation and expense management activities.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth office operations.

Desired Qualifications:

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Suite, and other related software.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Strong multi-tasking abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
