Client Acquisition: Build strong relationships with key agencies such as the
Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, Department of
Veterans Affairs, and other federal clients.

proposals that stand out in response to RFPs, RFIs, and pre-solicitation
opportunities.
Partnership Engagement: Develop strategic partnerships with prime
contractors, SDVOSBs, and technology vendors to expand Protech’s capabilities
and offerings.
Sales Cycle Management: Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to
contract award and project launch.
Market Intelligence: Stay informed about federal procurement trends, agency
priorities, and competitor activities to refine business strategies.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven track record of securing federal contracts with agencies such as DoD,
DHS, VA, GSA, or similar.
At least 5 years of experience in government contracting, business development,
or federal sales.
Strong understanding of SDVOSB opportunities and federal set-aside programs.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience selling technical solutions like IT services, software development, or
data analytics.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with government clients,
decision-makers, and industry partners.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or similar
advanced degree is a plus.
Compensation Structure:
Commission-Based Model: Lucrative commission structure with unlimited
earning potential tied to the revenue you bring in.
Performance Incentives: Opportunities for bonuses based on exceeding sales
targets and securing major contracts.
Path to Salary & Equity: Top performers will be eligible to transition into a
salaried role with equity ownership opportunities.
