Customer Success & Operations Manager – Hybrid/Flexible (PT/FT) –

Location: Hybrid – Wayland, MA & Remote

⏳ Hours: 20–30 hrs/week to start, with FT potential in 6–12 months

$ Pay: Commensurate with experience and fit

Four Seasons by New England Sunrooms is looking for a Customer Success & Operations Manager to help drive our company’s growth. As a key team member, you’ll work directly with the owner, sales team, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations, excellent customer experiences, and business success.

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee customer interactions to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Manage administrative and operational tasks to keep projects running smoothly.
  • Support lead management, scheduling, and sales coordination
  • Utilize tools like Salesforce and QuickBooks to maintain records.
  • Assist in digital marketing efforts, organizing materials, and business development.
  • Assist with bookkeeping, invoicing, and QuickBooks-related tasks

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Experience in project management, customer service, office/systems organization… bookkeeping a plus

✅ Computer skills in Salesforce, or similar CRM software, QuickBooks

✅ Background in home improvement, construction, or sales support is a plus!

✅ Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and communication abilities.

✅ Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
