What You’ll Do
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, ensuring a seamless experience
Build long-term, trusted relationships with key stakeholders
Proactively manage the customer lifecycle—from onboarding to continued engagement
Analyze customer usage and offer insights for optimization and upsell opportunities
Identify and pursue upselling, cross-selling, and referral opportunities
Resolve customer concerns quickly and effectively
Maintain accurate records of client interactions in our CRM
Collaborate across departments to enhance customer success strategies
What You Bring
Experience in account management, customer success, or a related field
Strong communication & problem-solving skills—you anticipate needs before they arise
Proficiency with CRM tools and customer management systems
A results-driven mindset focused on delivering measurable value
Ability to analyze data & provide insights that drive customer success
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but experience and skills matter more!
