Now, we’re looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to drive client satisfaction, retention, and growth. If you’re a proactive, customer-centric professional with a knack for building lasting relationships and delivering results, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, ensuring a seamless experience

  • Build long-term, trusted relationships with key stakeholders

  • Proactively manage the customer lifecycle—from onboarding to continued engagement

  • Analyze customer usage and offer insights for optimization and upsell opportunities

  • Identify and pursue upselling, cross-selling, and referral opportunities

  • Resolve customer concerns quickly and effectively

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions in our CRM

  • Collaborate across departments to enhance customer success strategies

What You Bring

  • Experience in account management, customer success, or a related field

  • Strong communication & problem-solving skills—you anticipate needs before they arise

  • Proficiency with CRM tools and customer management systems

  • A results-driven mindset focused on delivering measurable value

  • Ability to analyze data & provide insights that drive customer success

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but experience and skills matter more!
