Your role:
As a business analyst, your role will be to analyze processes, identify improvement opportunities, and propose solutions that align with the company’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights to recommend data-driven solutions.
- Develop and document business process models to illustrate current and future states.
- Propose and design technical and process solutions that meet business needs and objectives.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to implement process improvements and technology solutions that align with business objectives.
- Effectively communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders and executives.
- Create detailed business requirement documents, process maps, and reports to support decision-making and compliance.
- Participate in the testing, validation, and deployment of new systems or process changes to ensure alignment with business needs
- Identify industry trends and opportunities for process improvements trends to contribute to ongoing optimization efforts.
Qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology or Certification in Business Analysis or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role, preferably in industries related to logistics, operations or field services.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, (PMP certification is an asset)
- Experience with process automation tools is a strong asset.

- Ability to present insights clearly.
