Job Description:
Digital Consultants seeks a dynamic professional to serve our team as a Program Management Office (PMO) Analyst. As a headquarters administrative team member, this individual will work with operations managers and project teams to comply with corporate strategic and policy guidelines and maintain our ISO 9001:2015 and CMMI Level 3 for Service (in progress) certifications. This critical role ensures the successful delivery of projects, on time and within budget, contributing directly to client satisfaction and company growth.
The ideal candidate has experience supporting project teams and corporate leaders in understanding and managing continuous process improvement. This person must be organized, have meticulous attention to detail, and be comfortable balancing multiple priorities, often under a tight timeframe. This is a full-time, hybrid position located in Alexandria, VA.
Duties to include:
- Lead Digital Consultants’ corporate compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) Maturity Level 3 for Services guidelines.
- Plan and implement project management strategies based on templates and toolsets.
- Ensure project parameters meet clients' agreed-upon needs and expectations.
- Monitor existing projects to ensure timely execution and compliance with corporate guidelines.
- Gather and analyze project data to identify risks, issues, nonconformances, and improvement opportunities.
- Act as a liaison with project team members, providing suggestions or solutions to address risks or issues when needed.
- Prepare and deliver status reports for management review.
- Lead or assist with internal and external audits, appraisals, and reviews.
- Communicate with Digital Consultants’ leadership team about the status and progress of projects.
- Ensure all project strategies comply with company standards and federal laws and regulations when applicable.
- A bachelor's degree in management (business, project, IT, etc.) or a similar field.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a business analyst, project coordinator, project manager, or a similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of project management strategies, processes, and tools, including the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK).
- Ability to analyze complex data and make assessments based on analytical findings.
- Strong program coordination and administration abilities.
- Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.
Physical Requirements:
The candidate, with or without reasonable accommodation, must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time. The position requires the frequent use of personal computer equipment, including extended periods of use of computer screens, and may require occasional lifting of objects up to 20 lbs.
