Maxwell Merchant Services emerged to service the growing need for debit and cash register paper rolls and other office supplies as Canada's financial institutions accelerated into the electronic processing of credit and debit card transactions. Maxwell has since broadened the services we provided, including installation services for point of sale (POS) devices and media display.
We are looking for individuals who are reliable, hardworking, customer focus, quality oriented and responsible to join our team. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about technology.
Successful candidates will have a passion for great customer care and thrive on exceeding the expectations of their customer on every call.
If you have:
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build connections with customers
- An aptitude for listening, solving problems, and responding flexibly and creatively to new challenges
- Passionate commitment to helping our customers
- Good computer skills
- Proficiency in the English language
- Proficiency in French (an asset)
- Previous Call Centre, Sales, Customer Service and/or Tourism/Hospitality experience would be an asset
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service
