Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. This role requires a blend of technical sales expertise and exceptional customer service skills to effectively manage accounts and foster long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our offerings.
  • Analyze customer needs and provide customized solutions that align with their objectives.
  • Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in order to effectively position our products in the market.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote our products and expand your professional network.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in technical sales or technology sales is preferred.
  • Strong account management skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent customer service abilities with a commitment to exceeding client expectations.
  • Demonstrated business development skills with the ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
  • Experience in outside sales is a plus, along with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a nice-to-have skill that will enhance communication with diverse clients.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential for success in this role.
  • A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Pay: $34,100.00-$142,236.54 per year

Flexible language requirement:

  • French not required

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
