The (Sr.) Manager, Key Account Sales & Retention leads a high-performing team focused on the retention and growth of existing TrueCommerce top-tier customers. This leader models strong commitment to customer satisfaction and retention, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and business value.

This is a REMOTE/HYBRID OPPORTUNITY based upon location.
The (Sr.) Manager, Key Account Sales & Retention will focus on:
- Creating a culture of high-performance expectations and inspiring the team to exceed targets for retention and growth (bookings) to achieve revenue goals.
- Establishing team routines and expectations to monitor customer satisfaction and health indicators to ensure we are proactively identifying and reducing risk of churn.
- Investing in meaningful team routines to drive collaboration, learning and results; weekly team meetings, one on one with employees, and educational activities to improve competitive and business knowledge.
- Helping to develop tools and training materials through the use of Sales Enablement methodology, that facilitates overall customer experience and retention.
- Facilitating a strong and productive working relationship across the broader Sales Team, Services, Support, and Product departments to understand and execute go-to-market strategy and help drive resolution of escalations/roadblocks to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
A (Sr.) Manager, Key Account Sales & Retention will require:
- 5+ years in Customer Success or Account Management roles, with at least 3 years in leadership positions and working on large or enterprise accounts.
- 5+ years managing a quota-carrying team that is responsible for growth (Add-Ons, Upsells) and net retention.
- At least 3 years working in a fast-paced sales environment with the ability to multi-task, develop process and adjust to priorities as required.
- Strong Operational discipline with a proven track record of leading teams to achieve key performance metrics for retention and growth.
- Experience working within Sales frameworks/methods and the ability to coach and guide team on process, interactions and closing sales to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual quotas.
- Experience with EDI, e-commerce, B2B commerce, Saas or Supply chain strongly preferred.
- Passionate about both customer success and satisfaction and hitting revenue targets.
- Ability to learn and grasp technical concepts and communicate at the right level to various internal and external stakeholders is a must.
Education:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
