Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This is a 100% commission-based role where your primary responsibility will be to secure new clients in the condominium and commercial property sectors. Success in this role requires strong networking skills, a keen understanding of property management needs, and the drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and secure existing or new condominium and commercial property management contracts.
- Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, board members, and key decision-makers.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations that showcase Connium’s value proposition and services.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Weekly Sales Meetings: Participate in weekly team meetings to review progress, share insights, and strategize for upcoming sales opportunities and provide updated reports.
- Target Monitoring: Regularly review sales targets and performance metrics to ensure alignment with company goals, and submit the name and contact details of clients to confirm commission attribution.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and submit tailored proposals that address client-specific needs.

Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in property management, real estate, or related industries.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Knowledge of condominium and commercial property management is an asset but not required.

- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Attend all weekly sales meetings and provide updates on progress.
- Demonstrate professionalism and integrity in all client interactions.

Job Type: Freelance
Pay: $45,489.37-$129,723.00 per year
