Postal Source is an independent solutions provider. One of our partners is a premier provider of USPS approved mail finishing and document handling systems (Quadient Formerly Neopost). Postal Source is growing and would like to add an additional Outside Sales Representative to our team. Our Sales team are remote and you can work from home in this role.

We engage customers with solutions that help them deliver communications via USPS mail and through integrated solutions. We are looking for a sales-driven individuals to primarily develop business in our market and manage our existing accounts.

Postal Source Operates in three different Midwestern markets. Our growth in major accounts has lead to expanding our sales team. - Our sales intelligence team supplies leads!!

Outside Sales Representative - Midwest - Chicago, IL , Madison, WI and Quad Cities, IA/IL

Your Responsibilities
As a Business Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for selling mail finishing systems, document handling systems, and various related software solutions in a B2B environment. You will utilize your sales strategies to develop new business and maintain our existing customer base. You will analyze territory information to optimize effectiveness and achieve goals. You will be responsible for managing an effective pipeline of qualified prospects, developing, and closing sales in our core vertical markets.

Additional responsibilities include:

• Managing existing accounts and developing new accounts by planning and organizing a daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales accounts
• Ability to work from home, independantly with minimal supervision
• Making professional business cases and negotiate lease agreements
• Submitting activity and results on a daily basis in SalesForce CRM

We Require

As an Outside Sales Representative, you must have a track record of successful outside sales experience in a customer service oriented business-to-business environment. You must have an understanding of basic technologies and principals that apply to a successful sales process. We are looking for someone with an aggressive take-charge personality.

Additional requirements include:

• High School Degree or Bachelor’s Degree
• Basic Computers skills; MS office, TEAMS
• Knowledge of CRM
• Ability to pre-qualify leads and work an efficient sales process
• Effective communication skills both written and verbal
• Solid organizational, time management and follow-up skills
• Strong presentation and negotiating skills

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
