A “Day in the Life" of a Workplace Experience Coordinator:
- Greet and assist all visitors, including clients, vendors, and employees, with professionalism
- Manage incoming calls and re-direction of the phone calls to appropriate contacts
- Complete data entry tasks with high accuracy
- Coordinate outgoing and incoming mail, faxes and couriers
- Assist with meeting setup, including ordering and arranging catering setups when needed
- Process service requests, submit building maintenance request, and manage security access for employees
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of meeting rooms, ensuring whiteboards are clean, and supplies and materials are readily available
- Potential opportunity to assist with invoicing depending on business needs and performance
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Minimum of 1 year of administrative office experience, with reception experience preferred
- Business Administration diploma, certificate or equivalent experience
- Tech savvy with a solid understanding of Microsoft Office/Office 365
- Ability to work autonomously, multi-task, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines in a calm and collected demeanor
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills with ability to engage in friendly and professional correspondence with all levels of leadership within the organization
- Ability to work well in a team environment
