About the role
What you will do
- Use a collaborative design process from product discovery to ideation to execution, incorporating user feedback, and business requirements to create intuitive and transformative user experiences.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements, and provide creative, thoughtful solutions.
- Host and facilitate Design Thinking workshops and brainstorming sessions to solve user experience challenges.
- Craft user personas, journey maps, and storyboards to guide design strategies and decisions.
- Create rapid prototypes and high-fidelity designs.
- Use user testing to drive design iteration and achieve great design solutions.
- Leverage AI tools to elevate and accelerate the design process
What we are looking for
- Education in HCI, industrial design, visual design, Psychology, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing your advanced product design skills.
- Strong command of UX/UI design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Miro, Axure).
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Expertise in facilitating workshops.
- Familiarity with agile UX methodologies.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills to effectively share the UX vision.
- Mastery of design systems.
- A creative and strategic mindset eager to work on a wide product vision.
- Experience using AI to boost productivity and design quality.
- Experience conducting user research and usability studies.
- Experience working with complex enterprise cloud SaaS applications.
