We are seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will engage in selling, educating clients, and building strong relationships within the community. The position offers a base salary plus commission, ranging from $20,000 to $70,000, with additional benefits such as PTO after the first year and a $100/month cell phone stipend after six months of employment. Responsibilities
- Conduct social media marketing to generate leads and build brand awareness.
- Engage in cold calling to potential clients.
- Network within the community to form partnerships and generate referrals.
- Educate clients on insurance options, including auto, home, and life insurance.
- Develop personalized insurance solutions for clients based on their needs.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining excellent client relationships.
Requirements
