Job Overview

As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be the main point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our products and services.

Duties

  • Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat in Spanish and English
  • Educate customers on product features and troubleshoot issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback
  • Assist in developing bilingual support materials

Experience

  • Proficiency in Spanish and English (both verbal and written)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • Experience in customer service, sales, or account management
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.46 - $40.00 per hour
