What you’ll do:

• Contribute to departmental objectives
• Providing administration and support to your assigned department
• Preparing ad hoc data and reports
• Updating documents and creating new content and documentation
• Ad hoc project assignments
• Develop your professional network in a supportive, collaborative environment
• Participate in our mentorship program and connect regularly with your leader
• Connect with the First West student community

What you bring:

• Enrollment in an undergraduate degree
• A passion for pursuing a career in the financial sector
• Experience with one or more of the Microsoft Office suites (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
• Superior problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to think independently and work collaboratively
• An appetite to quickly learn new concepts, systems, and software
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Analytical, organized, and great attention to detail
