Duties

*Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

*Conduct outside sales activities to identify new business opportunities.

*Manage existing accounts while developing new relationships to enhance customer satisfaction.

*Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, analyze performance metrics, and report on progress.

C*ollaborate with team members to develop innovative sales strategies and promotional campaigns.

*Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

*Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings.

Requirements

*Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology or business development sectors.

*Strong account management skills with the ability to nurture long-term client relationships.

*Excellent communication skills; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.

*Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies.

*Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.

*Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.44-$20.06 per hour
