About the Role

As an Account Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of driving new business growth. You’ll identify and secure new clients, build strong relationships, and deliver tailored solutions to meet their unique shipping and logistics needs. Responsibilities

  • Conduct compelling presentations for executives and business owners.
  • Leverage solution selling and cost-benefit analysis to showcase value.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of new opportunities, engaging C-suite prospects.
  • Present technology-driven solutions tailored to clients’ specific needs.
  • Oversee the proposal process from development to delivery.
  • Close deals, onboard new accounts, and train decision-makers on the platform.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Competitive, motivated mindset with a “hunter” mentality for new business development.
  • High-energy professional with a strong personal brand and executive presence.
  • Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, quota-driven, results-oriented environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with sharp business acumen.

Compensation

  • Starting salary: $45,000 - $55,000.
  • First-year On-Target Earnings (OTE): $70,000 - $75,000.
  • Uncapped commissions.
  • $400 monthly car and cell phone allowance.
