JS LED Technology Corporation is a fast-growing US company dedicated exclusively to designing, manufacturing, and distributing high quality LED products in the commercial and residential lighting and signage industry since 2005.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Houston, TX for an Inside Sales Representative. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for customer satisfaction, preparing customer quotes, generating sales, account management, and providing exceptional customer service on a daily basis.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain and expend the company’s database of prospects
• Plan and execute your own sales plans
• Able to achieve your own goals to maximize sales potentials
• Offer support and information to help customers meet their objectives
• Collaborate with your directors to determine important sales strategies and sales approaches
• Receive proper training to maintain professional and technical knowledge
• Provide information on products, service features and benefits, quote prices, discuss credit terms, and prepare sales order and reports
• Resolve and address customer complaints regarding sales and service

Qualifications and Requirements

• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• Good business sense
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to work calmly under pressure
• Ability to travel occasionally
• Knowledge of electrical/lighting is a plus
• Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus
• Familiarity with Electronics is a plus
