Job Description


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Identify and develop new business within and outside the current customer base through market research and prospection, including frequent customer visits and presentations, trade fairs, etc. on own-IP products.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Category Managers to successfully promote own-IP products.
  • Work closely with the Leads Team to jointly prospect and follow-up promptly on information and samples requests, pricing requests, etc.
  • Elaborate presentations, answer RFI/RFQ.
  • Participate in developing the marketing strategy for this market/region.
  • Develop and maintain relationships within all levels of the customers’ organizations. These will include Procurement, R&D, Manufacturing.
  • Manage margin improvement through price increase and/or identifying cost reduction opportunities.
  • Communicate and champion customer needs throughout the Nemera organization; leverage the organization to win new projects.
  • Develop and organize effective working relationships with Nemera manufacturing facilities and project management teams in support of the customers.
  • Manage, follow up and/or conclude existing projects.
  • Other responsibilities supporting the business and/or department strategy as assigned.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5 years of experience in successful sales experience (prospecting + account management) in a B2B environment
  • Experience in pharmaceuticals and/or healthcare drug delivery devices industry desirable
  • Bachelor’s degree, Master’s a plus
  • Ability to travel 50% in North America and yearly to France

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:

  • Results oriented, used to multi-year sales cycles.
  • Excellent listener with strong communication skills. Some experience in cold calling and prospection.
  • Curiosity and technical acumen. Experience in healthcare or pharmaceuticals a strong plus.
  • Autonomous but team player, specially in a cross-cultural environment.
  • Very structured, organized, and rigorous.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Work in an office environment.

POSITION RANGE: $120,000 - $160,000 USD Salaried (This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.)
