Compensation:

From $21-24/hr +, DOE

Spidexx Pest Control is a growing small business, and we’re excited to expand our team! We’re looking for an energetic, ambitious Customer Success Specialist to connect potential customers with the high-quality services we offer.

If you have a natural ability to communicate, love helping people, and enjoy working in a creative, fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect role for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Sell services to incoming leads (no cold calling!)
• Upsell specialty services to existing customers
• Retain at-risk accounts with care and professionalism
• Follow up on sales leads according to a set schedule
• Run reports to monitor sales and retention efforts
• Be adaptable and ready to wear multiple hats! As a small company, we all pitch in where needed to support the team and keep things running smoothly.

Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Open to applicants without a college degree

Schedule:

• Weekdays: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–7:30 PM
• Weekends: Rotating Saturdays, 8:00 AM–3:00 PM
• Must have open availability during these hours.
