Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert guidance throughout the entire process.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to determine property values and pricing strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and exceptional customer service.
- Market properties through various channels including online listings, social media, and networking events.
- Negotiate offers and counter offers on behalf of clients to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Manage administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, maintaining records, and coordinating property showings.
- Stay updated on local real estate trends, regulations, and market conditions to provide informed advice to clients.
- Collaborate with other real estate professionals including mortgage brokers, appraisers, and inspectors to facilitate smooth transactions.
Experience
- Proven experience in real estate sales or property management is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in using technology for marketing purposes and administrative tasks.
- Strong negotiation skills to advocate effectively for clients' interests.
- Self-motivated and goal-orientated
- Sales experience, corporate or retail, is an asset
Requirements:
- Real estate license (or in the process of obtaining one)

- Previous real estate experience is a plus, but not required
