We are currently seeking a full-time, long-term Sales Representative to join our Edmonton office. Successful applicants must possess a strong sales background working directly with customers over the phone. We are looking for someone who has a proven track record in exceeding sales targets, and is a top performer that can work well under pressure.
Job Description:
- Handle inbound calls and leads; no outbound calls.
- 100% of sales are completed over the phone.
- Understand and offer clients relevant promotions.
- Build the client a custom quote based on their needs and expectations.
- Book clients into our schedule.
- Promote additional services and materials such as insurance and moving boxes.
- Must learn to be an expert in the moving industry.
- 1 month of extensive training.
- Report to our company Sales Manager
Qualifications:
- Great communication skills. Must be able to interpret our clients needs and wants.
- Ability to build value.
- Experience in a sales environment.
- Track record of meeting and exceeding company targets.
- Persuasive abilities.
- Ability to learn our company's software in Sales Force.
- Critical thinker that can make decisions that are in the best interest of our company and the customer.
- Ability to visit our customers in their homes to conduct on-site estimates.
What we offer:
- $50,000 starting wage plus $15,000.00 - $20,000.00 in commission annually.
- Annual reviews and wage increases.
- 1% Commission on services and products that are sold. Our minimum expectation is to generate $1,500,000.00 in revenue per calendar year. High performers will generate generate more than $2,000,000.00 in revenue annually. $15,000.00 - $20,000.00 in commission annually.
- 40 hrs per week working schedule (Can increase during the summer months and decrease during the winter months)
- Schedule can vary but our hours of operation are 7 am-7 pm from Monday to Friday, and 7 am to 4 pm on Saturday, while closed on Sundays.
